The Artist’s Bookshelf

Books have always been part of how I learn, recharge, and get unstuck creatively. This is a living list of art books I genuinely love - the ones I reach for when I need inspiration, technique, permission, or just a reminder that creativity doesn’t have to look one specific way.

You’ll find everything here: beautiful coffee-table books, children’s stories with big creative energy, practical how-to guides, and the occasional creative “self-help” book that actually helps. I add to this list often, and I only recommend books I’d happily keep on my own shelf.

This list is always growing. I update it as I discover new favorites or return to old ones that still hit just right. If you’re building your own creative bookshelf, I hope this helps.
